My fingernail was not taking it off easily, so I continued to work at it, trying to peel it off.

You can’t install it without a license number, so this rendered the disk unusable. Is it really necessary to make someone have to go through that?

All they had to do was insert a regular scratch off surface on the package or inside the package, and there would be no compromise of security. This is just incompetent package design, period.

After going through Phone Menu Hell trying to get a live Customer Service person outsourced overseas to speak to me, I was informed that this product will not upgrade my old data files from QB because Quickbooks only supports upgrades within 18 months after the old product is replaced with the next version. Assuming that is true If it did say that, then I would not have bought this product, which obviously is of no use.

Now instead, I have wasted incredible amounts of time on a product that I cannot use So this is not so much a review of the software itself, but rather a warning to others who are upgrading from anything older then QB Pro that you may have a lot of difficulty retrieving your product code and you may not be able to convert your existing files to work with the new program.

Love Amazon but hate Intuit. My disc arrived with a license number that did not work. This was support for a brand new product that did not wore!!! I called Amazon to explain my dilemma and without any question they agreed to replace it immediately and in two day I had a new disc with a correct license number.

Thank goodness for Amazon. I wish I could find a replacement for Quickbooks so I did not have to deal with Intuit. I have used Quickbooks for 20 years and I have never had a positive dealing with Intuit. I was pushed into buying this update after installing Windows 10 on my computer because of a problem with passwords.

After installing the new version, the password problem continues making this the worst piece of software I have used in years. The program itself is fine but I have to create a new password and user name everytime I open the program. It is a real pain and their support has been worthless. Among the worst customer service because Intuit does not help with the product they sell you unless you pay more money for “extra or premium” help whenever there are errors within the software itself.

I believe this violates major privacy laws on their part as well as a clear sign that much scarier things are happening with this company as a whole that I want no part in. I hope this helps.
